Now the house lights dim again and the guy points to the arena entrance
and bellows out a name which sounds to me like "China". A spot
light picks out a big dark skinned Asian woman as she strolls down the
ramp onto the apron. On seeing her the crowd let out a huge
roar of approval. Clearly she is a local heroine! For nearly a minute China stands at the edge of the arena basking in the cheers from the crowd before confidently marching towards the ring. |
