Now semi-retired from the company he built, Vic wanted a more entertaining outlet to make some money. After his daughter Scarlett picked her college, Vic found a bar for sale not far off campus. After moving some money around and signing the appropriate papers, Vic owned what he dubbed "The Ride 'Em Cow Girl Bar." Vic was quite surprised at the great condition most everything was in, but the place had only been closed a couple weeks, as the prior owners had to leave abruptly to a family emergency. Helen wore many hats and did many jobs for the prior owners, including finalizing the sale for them. After talking to the hot blonde, Vic immediately knew that he needed to keep her around as the manager, and he asked her to stay on as manager for him, and she agreed.
