Cindy with Tara’s arm around her shoulder is preceding Alison and Sarg to a corner of the barn where the fighting will take place.  Sarg and Alison follow and Sarg appears to be giving her council:
“Cindy’s about your size, but she really likes to fight and you gotta know what she just did has got her up for more.  You get into her and you can do it though.  Just stay away from her head, cause doing it without gloves you're liable to break a hand on that hard head of hers and then she’ll finish you up proper!"
